Nexus One Case Recommendation?

They also sell on eBay (feedback is low but so far so good), they have a link on their site Cimo Cases, We got you covered . I'd recommend the black or Clear, although they are more expensive than the rest (2 or 3 bucks). My cousin says the Silicone are also pretty good.

I'm very happy with the one that I got. Its the soft rubber one that comes across the front a lil. It feels great and can easily be taken on and off. I take it off once every few days to clean it and the phone. Dust off the phone and the case is rubber so it cleans off so easy and no moisture is absorbed so dying it takes seconds. Hard ones always suck. I got mine off ebay and it came with car charger and screen guard for 10 bucks. Awesome DEAL!
 
I wish, I wish, I wish Otterbox would make a case for this phone.
I've had Otterbox cases on my last four phones and they are easily the best, most-protective cases you have for your phone.
 
My proporta one came today, I'll take some pics and post up...

First impressions are it makes the phone feel a bit bulky but like everything they seem to make, it's well put together and protects the phone well..
 
I have been looking at a couple from seidioonline.com & Case-Mate - Form fitting cases, holsters, skins, covers, and accessories for Apple iPhone, BlackBerry, iPod, and MacBook in premium leather.

at Seidio I found the "Innocase II", which is nice, but it's 30 bucks.

Then at case-mate I found the Vroom case. I like it because of the tire tread and its 15 bucks.
The only thing I do not like about it is it covers up the light sensor at top left of the phone above the screen. I guess I could cut it out when i get it.


Anyways, I was wanting to hear from people that these cases and what they like about their case.

I'm using a skin from ZAGG and am very happy with it, although if you get the screen protector with it, be very careful applying it.

I'm loving zagg mostly because the screen protector/skin are replaceable, if you have an issue you can send it back to them and they'll send you a new one.
 
i looked at some of those, but i decided on the Vroom case from case-mate.

i just ordered it using the usps 2-4 day shipping. $20.91 w/tax.
its pretty cheap for coming with a screen protector too.

ill post a review when i get it!
 
I ordered the Seidio case with the matching holster. Also got a ZAGG screen protector. Can never be too careful I suppose.
 
i use my nexus one at the gym as an mp3 player seeing as how it is more convenient to just carry one device as opposed to 2 (phone and ipod). i recently just picked up a horizontal leather case from seidio, although it is a major pita to use at the gym seeing as how i constantly have to take the phone out of the case and put it back in after use. when i had my iphone i used this case Incase Leather Sleeve for iPhone 3G - Black (ES89025-B) : Target ive searched all over the net for a similar case for the nexus one but havent found anything other than open face leather cases with a PLASTIC belt clip. im very much opposed to plastic belt clips as ive had them break on me before and they dont tend to last long. so if anyone happens to come accross a case like the one i have linked, i would much appreciate the source to purchase it. thanks.
 
So i ordered one of these basically as soon as it was available, i was super excited to get it. I had a shipping issue which i will explain in a second but for now,all good praises for Case-Mate

This thing is perfect, i in general hate cases, ive never found one i like and they always just add to much to the phone. I like to carry as little as possible on me at any time,seriously.. my phone,id,credit card and keys... thats it.
So this thing is absolutely perfect. It doesnt add to much bulk to the phone and it looks great.I couldnt be happier with it.

The first one they sent, IMO was stolen by the mail man... he claimed he dropped it off,but the tracking info showed that he attempted to deliver it and took it back to the post office. The supervisor at the post office looked for it for a week,and said it should be there. When they finally gave up i emailed case mate and told them what was up and suggested they fix it... i was a bit surprised when they immediately sent out another one. It went out on monday,todays wed and i have it.

That's a perfect case to use for the bar/club! I'll put that on my list of things to buy! lol...this way, I won't need to attached my cash/id/credit cards with an elastic band when I'm pocketless.
 
You know...your Nexus should fit into that case! You should give it a try...saves you some $$ :P

I'm wondering if someone out there knows of a work out case for the Nexus? I do a lot of street jogging, so I'm wondering if they have an arm band case for the Nexus? I'm not a big fan of clip case as it pulls my shorts/pants down down a bit >_>;

(In my case an AMZER) but noticed yesterday that when it's charging through the mains charger (rather than a USB link from a laptop which has lower current) the battery and real,inside case get really really hot... Hmmmnn expect that'll shorten life of some component, starting with battery.

I can of course take the case off but expect after doing that 20 times it'll start falling apart..

I'm going to pretty much charge my phone with usb/computer and usb/car only, cause I noticed even before I got a case that my phone got pretty hot with the wall charger.

Don't know if you read this post on the N1 pouch thread. No harm giving it a try and it's pretty cheap $15 for the pouch.

Following a query, I received a personal email from the VP of marketing at invisibleshield assuring me that a nexus one ZAGG leather skin would be out in a few weeks.

They have it for a few phones now already.

I guess its stylish but is it any good at protection?
 
i order a case from ultra-case.com called "the one" i haven't got it yet as i didn't realize they were in hong kong.

anyone else receive their order from ultra-case ?
 
Im running the seidio innocase 2 also. Best case I have used. Its actually a hard case but the outside has a slightly rubbery feel and provides a good grip. On the other hand it does not pick up lint like some of the rubber/silicon cases I have had. Inside it has some felt like stuff to provide a little cushion and it makes it fit like a glove, and I do mean near perfect. The only downside to it is that it is more expensive than the average case but I would easily pay it again. Overpriced or not its the first case I have had where I can truly say I am happy with it, thats worth a few extra ching to me.
