Help Nexus S 4G on Boost

anyone here using a S 4G on Boost Mobile ?

supposedly everything works except the 4G
speeds for $50 a month.
 
a lot of people are convinced the method is illegal or dont try. sorry but your best bet would be try to find someone who does this more often
 
why would anyone think it's illegal ? hell Metropcs does the same thing with CDMA phones and even advertises it nationally.

Boost has a few Android phones already so it's not like it's something unheard of.
i asked Boost and they said if the phone works being flashed then use it they don't care.

right but how to get it to flash is the difference.. metro adds the esn into their data base for you.. boost wont, which means you need to have an esn thats already in boost's network.. that process can be illegal
