Help Nexus started freaking out

Have had my Nexus from day 1. It has been pretty solid. Reset randomly a couple of times. Recently it has gotten quite glitchy. It will freeze up on me while I am trying to use it and then it will reset. Today the phone dropped a call and when I tried to answer the call again it wouldn't work. Now the earpiece speaker doesn't work at all. Verizon sending me a new one. Anyone else experiencing any of these glitches?
 
I have not experienced any of those. I know several people have reported the reboot issue however i haven't even had mine reboot one time.

OP would you mind if i move this to the VZW G Nex forum?

Are you rooted? Custom rom? Custom kernel?
 
My phone is completely stock. I tried a battery pull and also a factory reset to no avail. Oh well, I have my fingers crossed that the new one will work ok! Feel free to move this to the appropriate forum. Thanks
