Help NFC - In the Battery

I am sure many know that this phone and clearly the battery are very interrelated when it comes to battery and the NFC chip.

I clearly need to look into how this tech works more but I should assume and to those who already have purchased the extended battery - is the extended battery also coming with the NFC option embedded into it?

I would hope...

yes the extended battery has it.

the NFC that the battery is pertaining to is the NFC Antenna that it houses under the label/wrapper of the battery.

Yup it comes with it, I have used the extended battery while making a google wallet purchase with excellent results.
