If there is a thread here for sharing ideas for these I didn't see it. If I missed it, I apologize. If there isn't one already, there is now. 
I got the Samsung TecTiles. I'm using "NFC Task Launcher to program them since I read it's better than Samsung's app.
I have one programmed to go into my "Car" mode, which for me is loud volumes, bluetooth on, wifi off, screen brightness to full bright. The same tile has a switch to go back to my "Home" mode. Which is medium volumes, wifi on, screen brightness to auto.
Since my work involves driving from appointment to appointment, I have another tile that silences my phone when I arrive at an appointment, then switches back to "Loud" mode as I head to my next destination.
I've got 3 tiles left and no idea what else I would use them for.
