I second that, if its pretty in-depth I pondered the purchase too. Wish is was on a trial base instead of a 1 lvl, 1 car, no options kinda tease - at over 100mb, its either real nice or has a lot of music
The game is really fun and worth the ten bucks.
On tokyo race three it is not a race. An it is not against the clock. You get points based on how well you drive and drift. It says 140 points is first place. I can get 190 but i still 4th place. You race the track alone so i am not sure how to win it. You can't move to next level until you win it.

hmmm thats really odd. sounds like there is a glitch in the game to me. having said that the game seems like it runs pretty much exactly the way that the drift races have worked on previous need for speed games on xbox or ps3 or whatever you choose to play it on. how much memory does the game take up?

I originally came in here looking for help on the original topic, but saw this and needed to correct it. The 190 you're seeing is the sum of your precision and aggressive driving skills. It's not the 80 minimum that you need to pass. The game keeps a tally on the left-hand side of the screen, by itself, of the drift score. The game probably has glitches, but this is not one of them.
My issue on this particular course is that the Audi R8 won't hold a drift for longer than 7 drift points per turn. And since there's only ten or so turns, I'm not even getting the 80 minimum just to move on.
Has anyone found out how to beat the third race on Tokyo, I can only get about 74 pts, there are three turns where you can shift at least three times to get more points, hope this helps
shucks forget all that is there any cheat codes to get more stars or unlock codes for next levels. the game is fantastic well worth thge .99 spent to buy full but stuck on tokyo drift stage is fustrating
ahh thanks guys figured it out. You have to drift and drift hard! that first curve shoud get you 40 drift points if you hit it right and hold it into the second curve if not hit a drift anyway even if you lost it coming out of the first drift then drift on every other curve heck I even hit a drift on straigtway leading to the finish line lol 102 so far was my highest but it was enought to get world tour unlocked, yeah baby and new cars unlocked
actually the best way I found was to use the Mazda Rx8 for all the drift challenges. It's not about speed its about the handling and use your break just a little bit at a time and it is easy..... even to get all 3 stars... I did the last drift challenge the first time and got 3 stars..... if anyone can help with the master corners badges... I'm on silver and can't get any farther I have all the cars all the upgrades level 20 all the stars everything except I'm on gold with the follow the line right now too but haven't really tried to get it too. anyone help???
