Night time

How can i change my settings at night so i have no flashes and notifications just possible incoming calls?

The S3 has a setting in the notifications bar which disables notifications. I am not sure about other android phones, so I would just put it into airplane/flight mode overnight, if it isn't the S3.

i am not seeing it can you tell me where to go once in settings- it has LED if that is what you are telling me- thanks new to GS3!
