I'm assuming you are rooted because you can't delete files on the system partition without being rooted. As a general piece of advice, be very careful when deleting files on the system partition. Make sure you know exactly what it is you are deleting.
I once deleted an innocuous looking file from the system partition and threw my device into a boot loop and soft-bricked it. So I just want to reiterate that it's dangerous deleting anything from the system partition.

I know the risk. I have deleted all bloatwares from system partition and my device still running fine. I was asking what are nm files?
Nothing conclusive shows on a search for .nm files. Have a look at their content, see if anything in them, like XML or something might give a clue as to what they do and if they're needed or not.

I found out that it was an apk file. I better leave it since nm files do nothing
Apparently, these .nm files look like they are related to the Pipo M8 Pro Launcher.
Does that ring a bell / is that something you are using or that the ROM you have installed has or uses?
