Help No 3.70.651.1 maintence update yet for me

I have a stock non-rooted phone. I have been doing manual checks of the HTC software update every day since the update came out and I have not gotten anything yet. Also I have the scheduled check checked off. I have called sprint support and they have no way to manually push it to me. HTC website seems to say this is only available OTA and not over the wire

How long can it take for the update to push to my phone?

Is there a stock 3.70.651.1 apk i can get somewhere?

When everyone was talking about 3.7, I tried to update and it wouldn't.

For some reason, I tried again, and it worked. I didn't reboot or anything..it was literally 2 minutes later, and BAM, it worked.

OK I figured it out incase anyone else has this problem.

There was an issue with my system updates. This symptoms were that my profile would not update the screen would just turn black and stay there forever but I could back out of it no problem. When I did manual HTC software update checks (settings>system updates>HTC software update> check now) my phone would just say checking and the wheel to the left would spin forever when it should stop and say you phone is up to date if there is no up date.

The solution was to do a factor reset which sucks but oh well. settings>sd and phone storage> factory data reset.

Afte that my pghone found the update with in 30 min.
