Help No 3 button Hard Reset?

[dksnet]

I use to be able to do the 3 button reset on my phone. That function no longer exist. Anyone no why?

Awesome is it not? Sprint says the Epics are still on backorder and will not offer me a swap for another phone of any type. Still in my warranty.

Have you verified the buttons used physically still work?
