Help no 3g after update?

so i got the ota update now i cannot hold a 3g connection i rebooted, battery pull the whole 9yards i get it i drop it after seconds of being connected my coworker has the same issue after the OTA GB update wtf!

I had the same issue. I was on the phone with support for hours. In the end I had to go to Verizon and get s new don card. All is good now

hmmm....battery pull. Make sure you re-attach the battery cover tightly and correctly as it has an antenna in it.
