Help no 3g data

lost my 3g data today, no i didnt try to use a hotspot and no outages in my area, took the battery out, made sure wifi was off and data was enabled,even toggled with airplane mode.....anyone have any other ideas? i did call vm but they said it would take at least 72 hours to fix :(
 
I've been having a good number of 104 errors today, I sent a help request to VM about it.

I had a huge chunk of my cell standby taken up by TWS (30% at one point today and 72% yesterday).
 
Talked to tech support who said that this is now recognized as a known issue and supposedly they will have a fix for the phone in a week. For myself however, I exchanged the phone at best buy (per their advice) and didn't install a single app on it and will use it stock. I happen to be travelling overseas so this isn't a big deal minus the fact I want the elite on the $25 plan.
 
I have Juice Defender installed and it does seem a little slow to reconnect when I wake the phone up, and I have lost my 3G connection entirely on occasion. Not sure if the two are related though. I've found toggling airplane mode seems to force it to reconnect.

I see. I've seemed to have lost my 3G connection entirely. I will try the airplane toggle though, perhaps that may help.
 
I was just about to post this same issue. 3G hasn't been consistent (that's putting it lightly) for most of time I've had the phone (bought it on 5/23).

Based on everyone's suggestion here, this is a known issue at VM and I should call them and let them know my phone is also having this problem, yes?

im going to wait untill my next billing to see if my data speeds up, some places I have 3g and full bars and it's slow as hell.....idk what the problem is
