Help No 3g Only x1

For the past 2 days I have not been able to get 3g on my droid. Is there something I could have messed up in the settings? Or could an app be messing with it?

BTW my wife has a droid and she is getting 3g and has not seen this issue at all.

Sometimes you can turn on airplane mode for 30-60 seconds and then turn it off to "jump start" 3G. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling any newly installed apps (such as ones that you may have installed just before the problem started). If that doesn't work, I suggest calling Verizon.

BTW, are you rooted?

I tried uninstalling pretty much all of my apps. Still nothing. I called verizon and they helped me and after a bit he said lets just get you a new phone. So they sent me a "like new" phone. 3g works now. and the phone is good. ( I heard alot of bad stories about like new phones.)
