Help No 3G

Hello! i have a milestone a853 but i can't make it work in 3g, it work fine but it work on edge a don't know if this is a problem with my isp band frecuency band range or something a missed, so i'm posting my problem to see if any of you can help with a answer.

What country and network.
What firmware
What are you getting on the screen instead of 3G
When did it start happening or it never worked.

If you are trying to use a Milestone from Europe in Costa Rica, it will not work as you need an 850 band for use there. The Telus Milestone from Canada works fine in Costa Rica and Brazil. In 2011, Claro from Mexico will offer services in Costa Rica and they will use the 2100 band, which will work with European Milestones
