Root No 4g on Fresh 3.1.0.2??

I just realized my 4g isnt working on Fresh 3.1.0.2. Maybe I didnt understand which ROMs have 4g working... but I thought Fresh did. I just updated both my Radio and WiMax to the latest, and it is still stuck on scanning.

Any help?

ETA: I'm running the new Netarchy for Fresh. (HERE)

I was having a similar problem where my 4g would connect, disconnect and loop like that, however fresh 3.2 is working fine
