Help No 4g??

I thought I had capped out my data or something lol. I restored back ups and everything! Only slow ass 3g here in Cali.
 
trying to come back and state i lost my 4g just a while ago but since my 4g turned to 3g and trying to tether on 3g is so damn slow i wasnt able to edit my post and say oops no more 4g.

lmao it started last night i was almost about to do the same but i was like eh let me try to reboot and it came back for a while i suppose sometime last night while were asleep perhaps metro is doing some maintenance?
 
i am on the phone with metro know and she is saying there is nothing wrong with there network ha WTF metro dont know s*** if you are having the problem you should report it so they can maybe fix it
 
Yeah, I finally registered just to post on this one. Here in Tampa, 3G only for me as well.....I work in Brandon and always have excellent 4G signal but today, nope. Called Metro twice, got mysteriously hung up on the first time, and the 2nd time I got through they acted like they had no clue that their 4G is down basically nation wide.

It took about three days to get someone to admit a problem last year. Even a week in their own reps were having people do factory resets trying to fix it when their corporate office knew it was a problem witht eh network and not individual phones. Horrible customer service is the price we pay for cheap phone service.
 
ha just got off the phone also work in brandon fl and they said it is my phone i said so the hole metro nation has a bad phone she said sr they is nothing wrong with are network but i can update your plane ha
 
hey is anybody else network location on when its not spouse to be like i have mine off and it is showing the icon in status bar
 
If my count is right, that makes it out in Michigan, Texas, Georgia, Florida, and California. How much more nationwide can you get?
 
no 3G, no 1X.....nothing but a red X, and my battery, even though it's being charged, isn't going any higher than 79%....re-starting now....anything else I should be doing??

Turn off data to preserve your battery. You have to check every once in a while to know if it is still out, but if you do not then the phone will constantly be searching for service.
 
I just made a post about this problem in the other thread. But the post about them updated to stop tethering is true. I just got off the phone with a reliable corp manager and she said that it should be up in running in a couple hours.
 
I turned off my data for like 15 minutes, turned it back on and now I'm getting 4G again. Not too sure how long this will last. Once again this is Dallas Texas.
 
If they're trying to stop tethering they're wasting their time and money. I mean seriously... half the people on this forum could go and take their engineers jobs if they wanted to.

I'm currently watching someone tether as write this ;) and yeah some of t kg e people on here are wicked smart :)
