Help No 4g

I have been trying to connect to my 4g for over an hour now and it won't connect. It just says connecting to Sprint then it says disconnected. It usually has no problem connecting to the 4g, but today it is just not working. Does this usually happen once in a while?

Dumb question, but have you tried turning the 4G radio off and back on? Rebooted the phone? Whenever I have trouble connecting (on 3G, 4G, or WiFi) that solves it for me.

No 4G here either... Done the whole 9 yards to get it on: toggle 4G, reboot, etc. I just think it's on the carriers end.

Yeah I tried rebooting and cycling the 4g radio. It was not working, but I just tried it now and it worked.
