No ads? Again ?!

I just reviewed the Sunday ad for Best Buy and I see no mention of the Nexus S.. I havent seen any commercials or newspaper ads.. Is google going to do what they did last time and not advertise at all? How do you feel? Do you like the idea or would you prefer them to advertise it? I kind of like the secrecy , insuring my phone stays somewhat exclusive to those who know a few things..
 
lol BigMerf! I too just viewed the Sunday paper, and of course the 1st thing I pulled out was the Best Buy ad! They can advertise it next Sunday, after I have gotten mine - to ensure that it's in stock for me. ;)

Actually, I am not a 100% sure that I am getting this phone, but I am at least going to go check it out on Thursday. With the LG Star coming early 2011, which is I believe to be on Tmo, as well as a "near" Google experience phone (like the G2 maybe?), I may wait until after Jan 5th/CES before deciding.

Although I had thought to get the NS as a backup phone to use, in case I were to lose my main phone (whatever that might be - LG Star?). Since I live in a HSPA+ area, I'd kind of like to have a phone that takes advantage of that. So we'll see! :)

I'd prefer them to advertise it, the more mainstream / recognized a phone is the easier it is to sell it later on craigslist imo.

I remember when I posted a Vibrant on craigslist I got 4 responses within 2 hours.

I've gone a week without getting a response before on my N1 =/
 
Google/Carphone Warhouse had several large ads (one half page, one full page) in the Telegraph on Saturday. That's in the UK to make it clear :)
 
I wish Best Buy Canada is also selling :( I would love to take the demo for a test run. I'm thinking when is the next time I'll be going across the border...and I don't think it's until the summer :( I'm hoping that there's a model heading up north before then...lol.
