My XT720 has no APN settings, thus I cant access to data networks. anyone know how to deal with this problem please help me!!!!!!

Just in case you're still wondering, or if someone else is: you can call your provider and they can walk you through it; you can check on their site, they often have those posted; or you can look in Google Play, they have some walk through apps. Good luck
