Help No audio from headphones?

Recently I noticed that on occasion I will plug in my my DI to my car and will get no audio through the headphone jack. It will play if I use the internal speaker, but not when the headphone jack is being used. Sometime re-booting will work, but not always. Plus it is not convenient to to that while driving. I use Pandora alot and really would hate to stop as I just set up both my cars to run it while driving. I did notice once that there was a little dirt down there and cleaned out the best I could with a toothpick (carefully).

Any tips?
Do I possibly have a jack gone bad?
Will Verizon replace a phone from April of 2010?

I would test your audio jack with a set of headsets. That will take your auto and cable out of the loop and test only the phone's audio jack and player. If you have negative results I'd visit my VZ dealer and see just what they might do for you.
