Is anyone having issues with audio not getting routed through headphones?
Whenever I plug a set into my DX I get no sound through them. I've tried hard resets, force closing apps that use audio, reboots, everything I can think of.
I have a feeling this is a software issue, but don't know what it is for sure.
As an example of what the issue is, I can have my DX playing music through the speakers, I'll plug in headphones, and suddenly I have no audio.
I talked with VZW tech support, and they suggested a factory reset which didn't solve the issue.
