No Bashing Here But Im Just Sharing From A Former Epic/Sprint User..

Yes, me too!!! If Samsung gave us 2.3 any time soon, I will take back everything I have said about Samsung and continue to purchase their products. Seriously.

If it came any time next month, I would be absolutely ELATED.
 
Forddna, do understand. At 65 have had a few cell PH's, I do believe the Instinct was one of the worse peaces of bundled wire I ever owned, had terrible luck with the moment also. This is why I can say very positive things about Sp customer support, they did every thing possible to make things right, they new I owned a pic of s--t, they made it possible for me to finally deep six that sucker... I truly looked at every phone, iPhone included, and talked to a lot of owners of different devices, but when I hefted the Epic it felt right. Please understand, that fat fingers joeboy, with glasses, hearing aids, the Qkb, display, it's size, well guess what, told the boss (42 years the BOSS) she has to take second place, she looked at the heavens, (finally).. If this Sammy goes to hell on me, the local Sprint gal well give me any device they have in the store. Yes she will, she owns the place... :)
 
Well dog gone,, Verizon 4g is still down, guess it's kinda of a moot subject now....LTE network has been having some major issues in the past 24 hours, and the company has issued an official statement about the problem, promising a fix as soon as possible. Luckily, while the 4G portion of Verizon's data communication has been unavailable, the 3G network is working. According to Verizon, 4G LTE Smartphones should still be able to make calls, but customers are currently unable to activate any 4G LTE devices.

You owe it to yourself to try Verizons 4G LTE service. If your contract is up or coming up and you are in an LTE area just DO IT before Verizons unlimited data plan goes away and its going to go soon. This is the best and fastest network bar none. I have the Thunderbolt in about a week there will be a new Samsung handset(charge) and in a month a new dual core Motorola handset. This network is amazing and it costs no more than what I was paying lousy Sprint for lousy service. Just a heads up folks give it a try. You wont be sorry.
