No Bump charging with fastboot on?

Not sure if this has been mentioned but with fastboot I charge to green turn off and plug back in it's still green. Then I turn it on turn fast boot off, power off, plug in, it turns orange for another 20 minutes. Tested it twice today.

That's because all fastboot does is make the phone sleep when you turn it "off" instead of actually turning it off.

Ah that makes sense. so basically stay away from fastboot lol
