Help No connection to computer?

I recall that my phone was connecting to the computer just fine before. But after a while I'm not sure really when I no longer get the connection notification. It doesn't even detect that its connected to a computer. I tried adb devices and it said nothing was there. Anyone know what the problem is? I have been having some problems on Harmonia rom which I'm not sure are related to the connection. Whenever I start up the phone the DM Service Command pops up (same screen as dialing ##3424#) and my homescreen zoom in and out like 3 times and then everything is normal. Any help is appreciated. :confused::confused:
 
When you pull down the notification bar does it show up as connected? If not you can always wipe cache and dalvik and let them rebuild and see if that works, if not try reinstalling the rom.
 
I tried reflashing Harmonia to no avail and now I tried flashing mobster rom and the connection is still not there? Does anyone have any insight into this? Could my phone be defective although it was working before?

EDIT: After troubleshooting around to find the issue it turns out that it was Anthrax kernel that I was flashing. Didn't work on both Harmonia and Mobster.
 
try another cable, make sure your not using a 3.0 usb port, connect directly to the computer and not through a hub. hope you get it working.
