I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue, heard of it, or knows how to fix it...
Let me begin by saying this is my second Dinc 4G that I've had, I just exchanged for a new one tonight for various reasons.
Since using the new device I've discovered a NEW problem. I am using the 'Productivity' Lock-Screen stye which allows you to see Messages, Mail, Updates, and Calendar events on your lock screen. However, (and this didn't happen with my other Dinc 4G) when receiving text message notifications on the lock screen ONLY the phone number of the contact shows (yes, they're saved contacts) and not the name. However, if I drag down the top bar or go right to Messages, all info is displayed properly.
The only fix that I've found so far was physically deleting and re-saving the contact in question. (I haven't seen this problem with 100% of my contacts)
Any ideas on how to remedy this situation without having to wipe my entire contacts list and restart?? Thank you.
