Hi having a slightly annoying Data Issue....
I have the HTC Desire S sim free, using my Tmob (uk) SIM.
I have noticed that I can get data working on G (gprs) and H (Hspa), however when the signal hits 3G I can receive no data, none of the apps work and i cannot browse the internet. As soon as it goes to H it works fine. Also in standby mode it stays in 3G, whehn i wake the phone it changes to H.
Any experienced this issue?
I have rung up tmob cust service who did a few things like resets and reboots, but to no avail. I used to have this issue on my HTC legend aswell. They said its your phone thats an issue. I spoke to HTC who said it mite be the sim card or network. I tried a vodafone SIM and it works no probs, doesnt move from H. I now have a new Tmob sim card and im still getting the problem, in various different areas. :-s
Anyone have any ideas?
