Using handcent and/or the stock messaging app/gmail, I'm not getting a notification sound or vibration that I have a new message/email. All of the settings are right...I've even done a "test notification" in handcent, and it makes a notification sound and vibration. Any ideas? This just started occuring after the latest update.
I'm rooted with the new 3.29 update.
