Help no email

Suddenly today I'm not receiving any email. I am showing wifi, full bars... I have juice defender but even with that turned off, no email.I've also tried restarting the phone.any ideas?
 
and to add to the first problem, I have 5 email accounts. No matter which one I tap on, the gmail account opens up. And now the gmail account does receive emails, but only that one.
 
Try pulling the battery out for 30 seconds and see if that helps if not you may need to do a reset
