Help no exchange icon in dropdown?

if my notifications are on, why am i not getting an icon? i have Launcher Pro installed and see GMail icon when there is new mail. but my work email isnt showing the icon on the drop down... ??

It's a glitch in the Moto Corp Sync sw. I am betting you are on MS Exhange 2003.

any fix or anything i can do to change this? i have tried K9 mail and have not been accurate with the setup. i seem to get all the mail right away past setup and then never get mail after that. very VERY confused. but this is my work email and i need to know how to fix this notification issue.

Others report that Touchdown has been a life saver. It is around $25. I moved over to a 2007 Exchange account and it is working fine. I would ask you and anyone else with this proble to raise some hell with Moto and AT&T. The only way to get a fix is to let them know it is broke.
