Help No Google Earth on New Market?

I had Earth before. Then I updated to 2.2 and didn't like it so I used Odin to go back down to the current software. This was about 3 days after the first leak came out, so sort of a while ago.

Since then we've gotten 2 different market upgrades/face lifts. However I go to look for Google Earth. (I type in "Earth" "Google" "Google Earth" and it does not come up in the results. Even when I go on the browser and search for it and go to the website and click the icon "Not found - The requested item could not be found" pops up.

What gives?

(I read a similar post from a Captivate user via searching. But he didn't get any resolution.)
 
Come on fellas.... no one can offer any advice? When I log on 24 hr's later and see no responses to my thread but see a post about how the keyboard smells and then all kinds of replies about what it smells like - I sort of get pretty discouraged!

I was thinking maybe this has something to do with the fact that I 'flashed' my phone - however you'd think Google Maps would have gotten messed up since thats pre-installed. That works fine.

I'm running the newest market version on a DK28 ROM and I have Google Earth installed. Since it works fine for me I'm not sure what to tell you, and it's likely that others feel the same way.

Which system file did you flash to your phone? Have you noticed any other apps that you cannot find in the market? Did you flash market updates yourself or did they update OTA?

Actually, it's not showing up for me, either, on my Epic running stock 2.1. I even went to the Google Earth site and used the QR code, and it came back as "item not found" when it tried to load it from the Market.
 
It shows in the market for me on my evo... I'll have to check the epic and see if they pulled it. It states on the market that there may be problems with 2.1 if you don't install previous versions but it doesn't say anything about it not working on it after you do.
 
I just checked the (completely stock) epic and there isn't a google earth on there. It looks like pretty much all of the other google apps are but earth.

I guess we don't know what the problem is here. Seeing it happened on a Captivate phone (which I read in a searched post) I guess maybe it's some sort of Galaxy S wide error and not anything with the actual market or Android.
