Thought this was worth its own thread since the Gorilla Glass issue was such as hot topic regarding this phone. I got this link from member...Mahalo so thank you my friend.

Or Ghost Armor.... I called and they said in 2 weeks or less after released they should have a template for it.

[Mahalo]

Thanks, I meant to start a thread on it but I hijacked myself in the battery department!

I think someone reported that Nexus doesn't have Corning Lotus glass either but some other fortified glass of same quality. And I don't quite understand how glass affects battery life.

[Mahalo]

I doubt that corning out in the R&D to came out with two new glasses... IT was posted that it didn't have gorilla glass.

Here is Corning's press release:

Yea this doesn't make much sense. I could see better clarity possibly but beyond that...no idea how glass can make it more efficient

It was reported that GNex has some kind of fortified glass like Gorilla or Lotus glass but without such brand name. It's in other old thread.

Yeah I remembered it from that old thread. I guess we should pass this tweet along to some writers cause I though the Corning Gorilla/Lotus glass issue was settled.
