Help No GUI on Atrix!! Help!

I was fiddling around with Titanium Backup, uninstalling some things. Mostly anything that looked like Motoblur. Even though it gave me a warning message, my novice experience with Android led me to ignore it thinking it was just a piece of Motoblur that I wanted to get rid of.

After applying the changes, my phone went back to the home screen being all black. It shows me the bar at the top with the time and signal and such. None of the buttons work now, except volume and lock. I get no background, but I do get my wallpaper when the screen is locked, and I am able to unlock it, but still black screen except the top bar.

I got mad, thinking if I format the internal SD card it might try and reinstall the Rom when I rebooted it. But still, nothing changed. Still the same. I know I probably have to start over from scratch here, installing the Rom over again. I am with Bell and I hear that I must stick with the Android that came on the phone, so could someone please... please tell me how I can fix this issue?

After searching for a while on Atrix Forum, I stumbled upon a thread from "dandroid" which let me restore the phone back to factory state. Here is that post for any one who might happen to be reading this.

I had a hard time trying to find how to do a hard reset from this forum. If it's not posted somewhere already, someone should sticky those instructions.
[How To] Motorola Atrix Hard Reset

To perform an External Manual Reset of your handset to restore to factory settings, read instructions below and then perform.

1.Power off the phone, press and hold volume down button, press power button.
2.Screen will come up with "Fastboot", press Vol down key to cycle through choices until you get "Recovery", press Vol up key
3.Wait for the "triangle ! / Android" screen then release the volume down button
4.Tap on bottom right corner of the screen (may take a few times). a menuhttp://www.atrixforums.com/forum/# will come up
5.Tap on "wipe data/factory reset", and press OK. Another Confirmation screen will come. Press Yes and OK
6.After userdata is cleared, the "reboot system now" option will be highlighted by Default. Press OK.
7.Phone will reboot to initial setup screen.
