About a week ago

Try stopping and clearing Google Services Framework, then do a software update check. If it doesn't work first time, try 3 or 4 more times.

No success.

Says last check was 1970 and try to check a few times but nothing.

Maybe because i have 628mg of memory left?

Mine updated as soon as I cleared the data and FC'd Google Framework.

First check if your device is updated by Google or Samsung. If it is Samsung, then updates will take longer to get pushed out : Check if your Galaxy Nexus is Yakju, Yakjuxw or Takju | Updated by Google or Samsung?

If you're going to install yakju on your phone, make sure you install Flash to ICS before updating to JB.
