Help No longer getting notifications

My Inspire has stopped giving me notifications for wordfeud and email. I still get notifications for my text messages. Any thoughts?
 
I am also not receiving WordFeud, Gmail and Facebook notifications. It was working just fine a few days ago. Facebook notifications have always lagged and been slow, but now they're not even showing up after refreshing the Facebook app. I have to go online using a browser to see notifications. What cab I do to fix this?
 
I emailed HTC about this and the response I got was to check and make sure your accounts are synced. (which I have already done before I sent the email) Their next solution for this problem was to do a factory reset....
 
Ya now I dont get my emails unless I refresh. I don't get Facebook emails now, but it also doesn't refresh on its own. I tried synching but it didnt help.
