Help No media volume!

  • I have no media volume at all. I have tried to turn it up multiple ways. In settings/volumes, media volume is greyed out and wont allow adjustment. I hold down power, media volume showes muted. I click unmute but as soon as i leave options it returns to muted. I have even tried 3rd party volume control apps and get the same thing. I can turn it up but as soon as i leave that page, media volume returns to muted. I have tried side volume buttons, tried turning up volume in youtube, i have tried everything i can think of. Any ideas???

Have you tried adjusting the volume with the ear phones plugged in? I don't know if it will work, I remember reading something about that.
