I dont get the great love for having flash capabilities on a phone. All i get is more ads on a webpage. Why would i want that? Is there a way to disable it? Or some kind of browser that doesnt support it?

Quickest path to solution would be to try going into browser settings and turning embedded content off - or on demand - see if that helps.
Also - you can install root and then install AdFree (kinda same as desktop Ad Blocker).
