Help No more Voicemail after phone replacement?

I recently got my phone replaced my Virgin Mobile. The new phone works great except now I don't seem to be getting voicemail. The only thing I had in the Visual Voicemail app was two messages from the app, anything my friends leave isn't coming through.

I also tried dialing my number to get to voicemail and it just rings and rings. Is this an issue others have run into? Do I need to contact Virgin support?
