Which version of the Play Store do you have? You can check the build number by opening the store and pressing menu, settings. Also when pressing menu do you have the My apps option there and it doesn't work or is the option not there at all?

I've just manually updated to the same version you're on and the options have been moved from the menu button. You now have to press the 3 lines in the top left corner to reveal.
