So last Thursday I was at work and noticed that I had no 3G signal (yeah, so I wasn't actually working but that's not the point). I tried searching the web to see if there was an outage, but didn't find anything. I turned on wi-fi and went to the Verizon store as soon as I could.
When I got to the Verizon store the guy takes my SIM card out and goes through a power cycle, replaces the SIM card and turns my Thunderbolt on again. I have 3G, but only for a second. Next step, hard reset. After the hard reset I get 3G once again... and it goes away a second later again.
The guy then gets on the phone and calls support. They tell him that the network doesn't recognize my phone and he has to put in a ticket.
That was Thursday, I just got 3G back today. Kinda weird but it worked out!
