Help no network connection ee

my phone worked great for a few weeks now I keep getting a warning symbol in left hand corner and a message saying it cannot connect me to a network. I have tried restarting my phone and selecting the network manually but these are only short term fixes or are not even working anymore. has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix???

Are you trying to connect to EE's 4G network or their 3G network(s)?

Either way, the quickest option might be to pop into one of their stores and ask.

Alternatively, they also have a forum (and there's a T-Mob forum) where there are a couple of people posting who seem reasonably au-fait with EE issues.

im just trying to connect to 3g. say I can temporarily fix the problem but can't seem to find any permanent fix.

thanks, I think I may try on t-mob forum as the three ee stores by myself am pretty useless lol.

2 ee stores near me are same (maybe worse than yours), have you tried ee support on 150? I've found quite efficient on a couple of occasions. main reason being it's a different world to t-mobile support because it's much easier to get through to a person.

Maybe a tower down in your area or something?
