Help no network detect after upgrade to android 2.3

hi...
my htc desire hd no have any network detect after upgrade to android 2.3
sim can't read at all.what happen to my phone?
pls help me.....

You haven't dropped it recently have you? Either way I'd power off and remove the sim and memory card cover and put it back on again then power back on. The antenna is in this cover. If this doesn't work and you have tested your SIM in another phone to cover that, I can only suggest a backup of all your data that you need/want and a factory reset. If after exhausted these I'm afraid its off to the menders and an oppertunity to make use of the warranty I'm afraid.

I was told before that the antenna was under the battery cover (the two prongs right at the top) not the SIM card cover?

I've recently started having problems with detecting the network and was advised to try and gently raise those two prongs for better contact (it didn't help)
