Root no notification sound or vibrate

i recently rooted my phone and am using the cm7 everything works great but my notifications ive tried the factory sounds soundboards that ive dld it also wont vibrate. my ringtones work fine just for my txts etc any help please thanks. by the way i am running the green machine theme if that matters
 
um the cm7 gingerbread i believe i dont remember the date it was the recent one posted here i just rooted and rommed like a week ago
