No option for 2.2

I keep checking and checking but have not been able to get the offical 2.2 update. I have the unoffical update that was relesesed, will that have anything to do with not being able to get it even though mine is 3.26.651.3 and the new one is 3.26.651.6? I have already done a soft reset, a battery pull, updated my profile, updated my prl and even did a recovery on it. I am thinking i have to get rid of 2.2 on my phone and then check for updates but not sure how... PLEASE HELP!!!!

Yes, if you did the unofficial update the new one will not come through. HTC is working on a fix to get everyone that updated early an update to the final release.
