Help No option to update to ICS

Hello Folks

I have a Galaxy S2 GTI9100 running gingerbread 2.3.3. I recently heard I could update the software / firmware to ICS, and so set about launching Samsung Kies which is apparently how one goes about installing the update, however - there is no prompt to update, it just loads up all the photos, contacts, etc etc as normal. I dont see any menu which enables me to do it manually within the Kies program, so was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
