Help No pull down Status Menu

Not sure when this started. I noticed it for the first time yesterday. Not sure if the update on the 18th did this or not. If it would have been from the update I would think there would be all kinds of threads about it. The problem is I have no pull down screen, nothing in that header bar that would show what options were running and what not. I haven't found much online how this can be turned off or on. If anyone knows I would really appreciate some help. I tried the search function but didn't come up with any thing that helped me.
Thanks

Well nobody else has had this issue, obviously, lol!!! Sprint hadn't heard of this either. So when they don't know how to fix it they say " Do a Factory Reset" we don't have a clue how to really fix it, so do a factory reset and hope for the best. Well it worked this time I wish it would fix my emails will only load for three days after programming them. For now I am using K-9 to correct the issue. So glad I bought a $500 phone and it doesn't do what a $50 phone has been doing for years. I will never buy a phone on opening day again. Rant off

Have you gone into the email settings and changed the amount of days that load? You have several options as far as how many days you can retrieve up to and including all of the emails. Also, did you root your phone and flash a custom ROM or are you just running stock?

The phone is stock, I don't mess around with rooting because I don't know what the heck I am doing. It isn't something in the settings that is the issue. I finally got someone at HTC to admit that they have a known issue with Roadrunner and a few other carriers with the EVO 3D only working for a few days and then simply stop receiving all future emails. They were hoping the update on the 18th would cure the issue but it obviously hasn't made a bit of difference. It worked fine with the 4G phone, just replace the software with what they used on the 4G until they know what the issue is and fix it on the software on the 3D. Why is this so hard to do? Why do they decide to stick their head in the sand and pretend they are unawre of the problem and point fingers at Sprint and Roadrunner. Very unproffessional and the consumer is suppose to just accept what they are given and to be happy it does what it does. Sorry not me. I work to hard for my money and if I worked half azz like this phone I would be unemployed. I think a few others need to express their frustration about this and other issues.

Tell them u want a new phone.

I am having the same issue with the status bar not pulling down. I find that if I put the phone in "sleep" mode then activate the phone about half the time it will work. It is very frustrating and I started having this problem after the recent system update as well.

I really don't want to factory reset my phone and go back to the defaults to fix this problem. Is there an app/way to save everything as my phone is currently setup in case I do have to factory reset?
