Root No Push Notifications

I just flashed MikG v3.1 and when I installed Twitter v3.1.0 and noticed the notifications automatically off and when turned on they just turn themselves back off. So since I like MikG's latest update I rolled back to a different version of Twitter where I know they still work, lol.

Man, What is going on with those notifications!!

I still haven't heard back from Nolimit, not sure where he's been. I can reach out to a few others and see if there's a route I haven't thought of.

*sigh* they just stopped working altogether for me now :/
