Help no rain ????

[tc topcat]

I love the htc weather widget the one that rains and then the windscreen wiper moves across the screen, moving clouds aswell, really cool. But since iv updated to 2.3 iv lost it the widgets still there and still shows time date & location correctly, but no rain, wiper or clouds anymore have removed & installed a few times but to no avail.
any help appreciated
