No reception

My Epic has terrible reception 1-2 bars or no connection at work. Can't connect ot internet etc. My old Tmobile Nokia had better reception. Is there anything I can do or should I go back to Sprint and tell them. Very dissappointed in coverage according to map we are in a good zone. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I am also in a good zone(in Georgia) for Sprint and I gert 5 bars roaming on the Verizon network, and have not gotten any Sprint bars in several weeks. I've called Sprint technical support this week and they put in a ticket to have the nearby tower checked. It might be worth it to check to see if there are any incident reports about reception in your area.
