Root No Service after installing a new ROM

Ashbane

Lurker
Dabbled in roots a while back on my old Droid. I've had a TBolt for a while now and just installed Revolution and rooted the phone. After installing Rom Manager and Recovery and doing a backup I tried to install 3 or 4 custom Roms and after booting they come up fine but none with any service. When I restore back to my original setup I get service back.

What am I missing? I am doing full wipes before installing a new Rom. tried a couple liquids and Eternals so far.

Ok just did some quick rereading. I downloaded a PG05IMG.zip file. I assume I just install that from clockwork like the other mods.

Hi,
i have a huawei u8350 (orange barcelona) and i recently rooted it. i installed root explorer and deleted some system apps. i deleted the orange home screen app somehow (i had go launcher installed) and it was fine but i uninstalled go launcher and shut down my phone. it would not reboot so i downloaded orange barcelona stock rom and installed it with clockworkmod and it worked fine. but i now have no service and my wifi wont turn on. also i cannot reinstall clockworkmod because i have no service.

You posted in the wrong forum. See if there is a forum for your phone or search google. This is only for the HTC Thunderbolt
