My phone has been out of service since July 30. (time without signal = 100%). Whenever the phone restarts it changes the date to Jan 1 1970. Wi-fi still connects, everything else appears working normally. I did a factory reset, and restored to stock. Went to Verizon, but all signs point to a new phone.
I have not encountered anyone else having this issue, the closest case being the Time Without Service Bug; this seems to be different since my phone is completely out of service.
